Any time I go in the staff has been great at seeing if help is needed and answering questions. Typically they answer questions by my dad who is just getting into it.

The Thunderbird came in a bubble wrap envelope, which I don't mind but I have heard of some shipping issues from others when receiving envelopes .

a bit floatier than my buzz, hits a nice sweetspot for straight shots though. the rim is really shallow which took some getting used to, but now is one of my most used mid range.

The disc is fantastic, Put it on hyzer and it flips nice ly. If you throw it on anhyzer that negative 4 show immediately , the disc sales to the right. I don't have a forehand, so this disc takes care of that.
