WEIGHT OPTION - Discs
If we do not have the "exact" weight of golf disc you are requesting, it is our policy to ship within 3 grams
of the specified weight.
We encourage all customers to add notes to their order if you have specific weight requests and include
instructions for how we should proceed if we can not meet the request.

The pictures on our website are just "sample" pictures.
COLOR Option - DISCS
We do our best to provide you with the color choice you request for your golf disc but our priority is weight,
then color. If you request a Champion Monster, 168g - blue and we only have a 168g-Red, we will ship you the 168g-Red.
* If you select a color and do not want us to deviate from that at all, please make a note of that in the

DYED - DISCS
Because dyed discs come in many different color combinations and style/patterns are constantly changing, the
pictures on our website are just "examples" of the dyed disc.

Standard Ground orders can be shipped by UPS with a Flat Rate of $6.00 (baskets excluded). UPS cannot deliver to a
Expidite fees are available at additional costs.
For ground or expidited orders... cost for shipping USPS is based on the weight of your order and if you
choose to expidite. PLEASE NOTE: USPS "Parcel" does not provide tracking information or guaguarantee time of delivery.
Typical ground shipments from our Minneapolis facility to any continental US location are received in 2-7 working days.
We include in the order confirmation e-mail, the ship date and tracking number so you can easily track your order.
USPS "Parcel" does not provide a tracking number unless you pay for Express Mail.
Air shipments are available at additional costs, (see shopping cart for details when checking out). For orders
going to destinations outside the USA, expect delays in the arrival of your order due to your country's customs
procedures, extended travel times, and other possible delays due to added security measures, all of which are beyond

Processing Time :
Most orders will go out the same day they are received depending on availability of the items you want, their
weights and colors. We will email or call you if we have questions. Orders that come in late in the afternoon are
not guaranteed to go out that same day.
Payment Methods :
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards as on-line payment methods. Your credit
card does not get charged until your order is picked, packed and ready to ship.
You may also pay for your order by check or money order. If you pay by check, your order will not be sent until we have received your check in the mail and verified that it has cleared through our bank. Mail check orders that are older than 14 days will be automatically cancelled by us without further notice.
