When I first started playing, this was the worst putter in my bag because I threw my putts straight at the basket and usually missed. Do that with the Aviar and your disc will be just as far from the basket as it was when you started. So, learn to putt with an arc in your throw before you use the Aviar.
When you putt properly, the Aviar's reputation is well-earned. I still prefer other putters for the short stuff (inside 15'), but for the longer putts, this is your go-to disc. It is terrific on the longer-range shots that other putters just can't handle.
