I am new to disc golf, and was throwing a Beast for my first driver. The Avenger SS flew about 40 feet farther than the Beast the first time I threw it, and it flew very straight. By the end of the day I was able to add over 80 feet to my best throw. I would consider this a great disc for a new to intermediate player who is looking to add range, or a woman. The disc glides well without using a lot of power. I will be using this disc for a long time, it made me look a lot better than I really was.
